Bella Hadid’s entry to the Metaverse

The world-renowned American Model Bella Hadid has marked her entry into the metaverse. Bella will be making her debut in the metaverse with her own NFT collection on a new NFT platform, CY-B3lla, dedicated to the model itself.

The NFT platform is also collaborating with reBASE, a social metaverse platform, to enable the release of 11,111 NFTs by Hadid. These NFTs are digital assets of online art pieces based on Bella’s own image. These NFTs are not just an image to be stored on your phone but a digital record of you owning an exclusive Bella Hadid NFT collection item.

Bella, with this NFT collection, intends to create a real community, “a new global nation,” for her fans. Moreover, this collection stems from the model’s passion for gaming which she got into during the pandemic. The 11,111 NFT collection will have ten drops associated with a global city that will bring 1,111 NFTs to the fans.

The art pieces will use innovative techniques such as 3D body scanning to create modern-tech artworks. The model recently shared the first NFT in which she appears as a cyborg with her body hanging using a cord. This NFT represents the pop culture of Tokyo.

Talking about her plans to create a peaceful and compassionate nation, Bella said, “As we’ve been reminded too many times, the universe we live in is imperfect. But I believe this provides a true opportunity to build a meta community, sustained by peace, love, compassion and meaningful connections,”

This NFT collection is not just about owning a unique digital image of NFT but is a passport for the holder to enter the parallel fictional world. “I’ve co-founded this collection because these aren’t just NFTs — they’re invitations to a new global nation. Each NFT features different and unique 3D scans of me, thought up with you in mind, that will be utilized around the world; designed to encourage travel, community, growth, fantasy and human interactions,” Bella wrote in a post.

Moreover, these NFTs can also act as a ticket for Bella’s fans to meet the supermodel, which adds more to the excitement for the collection.
